Our policy
Cancelling or rescheduling
To provide every guest with an exceptional experience and accommodate appointment requests, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours of notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours of notice, as well as missed appointments, are subject to the following:
- Single services
- A cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service will be charged.
- Packages & memberships
- One treatment session will be deducted from your package or membership. If a session cannot be deducted, a $50 late cancellation fee will apply.
